I recently started a training to become a baker. This long dreamed project will occupy the upcoming weeks and months till end of November on top of my activity as a photographer and editor. Bread fascinates me since a very long time. Bread is nothing but flour, water, and salt. But making good bread requires patience, scheduling skills and self-control. Trying to make the best possible bread is a life project, and for some it may be the path for enlightenment.
